NOTHING’S SET IN STONE

The work is rooted in childhood photographs from a family archive and reflects on memory, identity and the shifting relationship between past and present.

The photographs are transferred onto lithographic stones, creating a tension between permanence and transformation. While stone suggests stability and durability, a lithographic stone can be erased, reworked and overwritten.

Nothing’s Set in Stone considers memory and identity as fluid: shaped by what is remembered, what is forgotten and what is inherited.
